1.) During the term of the Lease, the Lessee, at its expense, will maintain and provide a copy to the Owner of liability insurance and property damage insurance bodily. Lessee agrees to submit e-transfers or post dated checks for the entire term 7) The lessee is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer. Airbnb, or similar short term sublet will be considered a repudiatory breach of the lease. 8) Animal ( 1 maximum) will be permitted at the landlord's discretion. Any damages caused by the animals will be at the tenants expense. 9) Credit check required 10) Fireplace in the basement is not allowed to use because there is no insurance coverage.
