Dan Tomescu at Montreal en lumiere with chef Olivier de Montigny from La Chronique and guest chef Julien Lefebvre from Château Cordeillan-Bages, France

La Chronique

Just a few steps down the street from Jun I, La Chronique is a Montreal staple since 1995.

For the 2018 edition of Montreal en Lumiere, chef owners Marc de Canck and Olivier de Montigny welcomed Julien Lefebvre, chef du Château Cordeillan-Bages for a three days event that swiftly sold out.

We enjoyed a deliciously posh menu in the great French haute cuisine tradition.
